Hey quik, I don't know what your schedule is or how busy it is. but a good way to lose weight and buff up is working at UPS part-time. I'm an unloader we just lift boxes anywhere from 1 oz to 70lbs and do it quickly, its like aerobic and weight lifting combined. I work the graveyard shift, 4-8 a.m. so it doesn't bother with the rest of my schedule. I lost 30 lbs in three months. Went from 180 (barely within the healthy range for my BMI at 5'11ft tall) to 150 (barely within the healthy range for my BMI, but on the other side) lol. A good amount was gained in muscle though, my arms and legs are pretty cut up, and the only part I still got some fat in is the waist.

Also if you have a diet high in sodium drink lots of water. As this will flush all the salt thats retentioning the water inside your body through the urine.

Pretty common knowledge, but hope it gives you a different perspective.
