This may vary from man to man, Some can get fully erect after 200 jelqs others can not. Some guys test thier EQ hours later after EQ. I think it is important to check EQ right after a PE workout to se if you can get fully erect. This would be an indicator as to how much PE you can take.
Some guys do very well with only 50 or fewer jelqs. Others can do more. I remeber when i started PE over hree years ago I could not get up to a 50% erection, 40% if lucky. I now think that lower erect jelqs to even flaccid jelqs may of been what caused the fast growth for me. As my EQ improved over the course of six months gains drastically slowed own.
Im wondering then if hard gainers or no gainers then would jelq at 30-40% if that would hasten or even start up gains.
My early program was very simular to the 90 day beginers program. And I followed the advice of Horse Hung who has been trying to join PeGym. |
Hmm...I do not suffer from ED, but I can safely say that it is very hard for me to maintain 50-60% erections for more than a few seconds while Jelqing. I basically have to build up my erection from 30% to about 80-100%, pop in a few slow Jelqs, and I'm back down to 20%.
My question:
Maybe I should worry less about my erection level (as long as it is not completely flaccid), while doing this program?
