notes: increase in weight seemed good, had trouble attaching. manual stretch/squeeze/uli workout: (2-3 hours after hanging)
notes: i was pretty tired for this, there was no wait after the hanging. i might be pushing it, i should probably keep the workouts seperate. 10g of L-arginine |
