note: on the second set a certain vein that doesnt normally stick out, stuck out and was a little hard; made me slightly nervous. the third set went better, not sure why. on all sets, specifically the third, i noticed slight overall blueness, and as soon as i unclamped, it was like all these little 2mm-4mm "bruises" on my head were there and faded away within about 15-30 seconds seconds. ADS:
fastened 2 golf weights soon after clamping for 3 hours
note: these stayed on without wrapping the end of my dick. Kegels:
100 quick burst manual pull down kegels, 50 right, 50 left

note: kegels are boring, but i'm kinda over-motivated right now and didnt want to do nothing today. tomorrow however i will do absolutely nothing. 10g of L-Arginine
