thanks for the reply bill, i appreciate it a lot. nope, im pretty sure i didnt notice any coldness. just the color change.

past PE experience:
i have been easing my way up on a hanging routing involving 3-4 successive days, and then a break for the past couple weeks. i also did uli's, squeezes, head focused squeezes and manual stretches about every other day for the past year. i did jelks and manual stretches on and off for the 2.5 years before that.

based on what you guys have said, i will switch down to 2 sets of 6-8 minutes, about every other day. also, i will add in a bit of loosening and massaging if i look a little discolored. does this sound much more reasonable?
