There is no secret, and unlike other people, I have no routine. All I do is dry jelqing or stretching. Like I said before, I eat fresh and nutritious food(like seafood and oysters); I sleep 8 hours a day; I do masturbate but don't ejaculate too often(it is very hard to keep away from ejaculating); I take Zinc supplement; I walk five miles a day for my physical fitness; I drink green tea; I do P.E like one hour a day(not one hour straight).
