My best advice is "Slow and steady wins the race." Don't stretch or jelq too much in a short period because a lot of people got injuries from P.E. If you get injured, like the broken penis nerves, no one can rescue you. Even doctors can do nothing about it. Just relax and stretch your penis slowly and regularly.
