Well lets start with what is you age? The age that is suggested is 18 yrs of age. If you are just starting out with PE I would suggest that you start with Jelqing and stretching to condition your penis. Golf weights are weighted rings that you can get in the sports Dept where the Golf equipment is. The rings are put on the penis for stretching for long periods of time. It is called ADS or All Day Stretching weights. Each ring weighs about 6.4 oz.
Hanging is for advanced stretching and is done with a hanging device, that you buy or make to hang weights from it.
