Are you saying that you jelq 100 minutes a day and stretch 100 minutes a day? That is well over 3 hours of jelqing and stretching a day. That combined with the hanging and the warm-ups is
over 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. You put in more hours of PE in a week than most people put in 6 months.
Did you gradually build up to this?
