Default Weaker erections?! Stop what you're doing!

I skimmed Sparky's Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth thread the other day. In a nutshell, sparkyx said if you are experiencing temporary ED or weaker erections, then take a break! I didn't know how true this was, but it seemed logical to me. If exercising is causing ED, then why keep exercising?

However, I wanted a little more evidence. So I decided to go back to the First PE survey results.

Here is some food for thought:

Varies - sometimes they are harder; other times they are softer

Only 20 people chose "Weaker and Softer." These 20 people experienced significantly less gains than the average of the other three choices.

On average, these 20 people gained:
.54 inches in Length
.3 inches in girth
and 2.74 cubic inches in volume (the true measuring stick in the PE survey.)

On average, everyone else gained:
.84 inches in Length
.42 inches in girth
and 4.07 cubic inches in volume.

Basically, the 20 people who experienced weaker and softer erections gained more than 30 percent less than the others. In this, I want to agree with sparkyx and his PI: If you are experiencing ED, then stop -- you are over training. And as the PE survey pointed out above, overtraining = less gains.

Notes:
-Since there was only 20 people in the test group compared to 525 people in the average group, this could be the cause of some variability.
