I'm sorry I didn't see this post til now.
As of right now, all the "evidence" points to hitting it all -- no matter what. Whether you have a high LOT or a low LOT, stretch in all directions. You want to maximize your potential and not base your PE plan on a theory that hasn't been tested. But more importantly, check out the Ligament Shmigament thread that I directed you to earlier. |
