Too Keen Hi, I started a PE routine at the start of this week, I am in it for the long haul and realise it will take at least a year for noticeable gains. That's fine by me, I enjoy the exercise and know there will be other benefits along the way before the gains. This is my first weekend "off" as it were having done 7 days straight I now intend to get into a 5 on 2 off routine. I'm just wondering if I will ever get used to the days off? Right now all I can think about is doing my exercises and how it feels so wrong to not be doing them lol |
