I liked what I saw in the mirror, got overzealous, and did more jelq that afternoon, and then the same full routine as described above once more that night.
The next day on the 10th I did the full routine just once again. Took Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th off and did the full routine once on Monday the 13th. then I waited 2 days and did the full routine once Thursday the 16th. I was supposed to do it again on Sunday (yesterday) after a 2 day break, but got concerned about ‘over training’ and decided to wait until I heard back from you. So I’m on a 1 day on, 2 day off routine as you suggested for the first 2 weeks. Then you suggested I up it to a 1 day on, 1 day off for 2 weeks, then a 2 day on, 1 day off for 2 weeks.
I’m wondering if 1 of 3 things are happening…or a combo of many.
#1 did I go into this with an already exhausted Penis due to the crazy amount of sex my wife has been wanting all of the sudden last month, about 20 times in July (believe it or not a few times was 3 times in 1 day...I didn’t think I had it in me! lol) which is up from what used to be about once a week for us ( only 4-5 times a month!). My problem loosing my erection mid way through our session started towards the end of July...so I was thinking I was a bit overworked down there and perhaps exhausted.
#2 was it combo of #1 and the fact that I may have over did it PE’ing the first day as described above.
#3 is my Penis under trained and needs a more aggressive workout to get the blood flowing enough to reinitiate morning erections? Could have all that sex kind of ‘conditioned’ it some what?
I fear over training, but I may not be one of those guys that typically gets morning wood...especially NOW that my wife has MORE then curved my urge for the lack of sex we used to have. You know how it goes...when you get it a lot it’s not constantly on your mind...and therefore may not be getting the urge and erotic thoughts as much...or is morning wood unrelated to erotic thoughts and conscious urges?
I’m well aware of over training in bodybuilding, and have tuned myself to it for over 12 years. But it seems that in lifting/bodybuilding there is more room for error as far as over training is concerned as compared to PE. | ... |
