Babbis' example, IPR, pumping, ADS, "no gains in a long time", and only
moderate gains overall, fits with my theory about chopping and changing
routines. MoreGains123 was right, it's lack of dedication to the basic manual
exercises that holds most people back. Yes, I know there are exceptions,
but I'm talking in general. I wonder how long people stick with it, after easy,
early gains dry up? A little knowledge, your hands, and a positive attitude
can take you a long way. Constantly being on the lookout for the great secret,
won't help you. |
