Did that today...1000 mg twice. The 2 weeks is going to be hard to take off but I'm doing it. It will give me some time to get some of these questions answered.
#1 I'm having some trouble with the grip while I'm stretching. I've tried baby powder but the problem I'm having is as I stretch, the skin slides towards the gland and I loose my grip or I just feel like I'm stretching the skin and not the ligaments. Any suggestions?
#2 I want to restart this routine slow as to not over train...would there be any benefit to just Jelqing and Keagal's for the first week or 2 or am I wasting my time not stretching. I'm most concerned with girth as I already have fairly good length.
