Gainig girth for beginners i've just found the site..great info...anyways my question is what can i do as a beginner to get more girth...length is not really my issue...i mean i guess it could always get longer but i am about 6.25" EL but only about 4.5" EG....i really want to add some girth but most of the beginners exercisies seem to be geared towards gaining lenght...am i incorrect in assuming this...or are there exercises i can get into that wont be too risky |
