I leave the hanger on while I go through my stretches, this is where I use the rope that is attached to a hook on the door. I stretch SO, then go 90 degrees right then 90 degrees left, then I step over the rope and stretch BTC. All this takes me about 10 minutes, then I take the hanger off and then I do 5 minutes of wet Jelqing.
Then I cool down with cold cloths for 10 minutes. This is about the routine that I have for 5 days on and 2 days off, the days I have on are mixed up durring the week. |
hey dust how many jelq's do you think you do with this routine ? how long did it take to work your way up in weight ? i like the way your hanger looks could you post some instruction's and product pic's of your hanger i really want to try a different hanger.
