Noticeable changes I have started the beginner routine for 2 weeks now and although I have not noticed any length or girth changes. I have noticed better hardness or a longer period of time which is a great thing.
I should note that I was doing the routine that followed my gym workouts which is 2 days on 2 days off. Second day was more regeneration for my body so I did the same for my PEing with just stretches with warm up and cool down.
Anyone else doing the beginner routine (or any routine) noticed any improvements yet? If so what? |
