PEME: You have some amazing advice on this thread from soody and others. Follow it, and you'll be on the right track. Like all things, change takes a little bit of time. But with the above, you'll be good to go. I also suggest:
- Start a light beginner's PE routine. Go really gentle. There's no need to be jelqing while erect or doing clamps after just two months. This itself can lead to overtraining and poor erections. So re-start a very light 1 on, 2 off routine.
