Soody:
I think you're tackling a good topic that most men lose sight of when they ask:
"What part of the penis grows?"
The answer, of course, is
everything. For example:
- If the skin didn't get bigger, then it would rip overtime (ouch....Thankfully, the skin does "grow")
- If the blood vessels didn't grow, it could possibly take longer for the penis to fill up with blood. But, as many PEers will attest, the blood vessels do enlarge.
- If the smooth muscle in the penis didn't grow, PE would make it harder to get an erection, as the smooth muscle in the penis is the essential factor that determines the strength of a man's erection (according to Dr. Wespes in this scientific article on penis smooth muscle)
There's no doubt that every part of the penis grows. The big question is: what is the driving force (the ultimate part) that makes everything else grow? In the body, the skeletal muscles are the ultimate driving force that can be changed, molded, and built according to our liking.
