Exclamation Is PE going mainstream?

I just stumbled upon a CBS Online article, written by the highly supportive WebMD website. On it, I found an article about penis enlargement (various methods, including an extender device and jelqing). Although the doctor didn't directly recommend the extender, he did suggest that PE is possible.
