Sounds like a good start! The progress routine is a very good way to keep you on-track and motivated -- not that you need it, anyone who hasn't gained after 13 months and still has the persistence of a newbie is highly admirable IMHO.

I have a question: Overall, is your penis more "healthier" since you started PE? IOW, are your erections harder, and longer-lasting?
