It's difficult to stay motivated, but I do. It's just so vexing how practically everyone else can get at least SOME gains from PE, but I can't.

Suprisingly, I don't feel that my penis is any more healthier than when I started. And that really pisses me off too. I used to smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day, smoke pot daily and do cocaine on the weekends. I quit everything cold turkey in order to better my overall health and the health of penis. Yet, I've noticed very little change in the health of my penis.

I exercise my BC muscle a lot. I usually do 20-30 minutes worth daily. I have noticed some more lasting power.

Let's see what happens after 8-10 weeks.
