Everything Routines Hey guys,
I'm thinking about putting together a plan for a routine that involves some of a good handful of PE exercises. Here's the first vague, tentative plan that I thought up. Everyday:
Pumping (w/ jelqing between sets)
Some days:
Jelq-based workouts
Clamping
Base Compressions (this is what I call those things that Dust described)
Slinkies
Head Squeezes
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Has anyone done a routine with a lot of variety or read stuff from people who have? (I know Big Girtha has "do everything" in his signture) |
