Thanks for the reply Remek. No, i haven't been PEing every day; 2 on 1 off at the most.

I wasn't sure if it was a different story to some extent with pumping though, cause I've heard of a lot of routines where people were pumping everyday. I guess I'll definitely put some rest in there. I was thinking though, of perhaps having "active rest" as we refer to it in powerlifting/bodybuilding. Which is where you do some exercise, only much lighter; to encourage blood flow without actually stressing out your muscles.

My thought with that was that if I was doing 2- 15 minute sets at 5 in HG on my "on" days, i would do 1 - 10 minute set at 3 HG on my off day, or something like that. It helps for bodybuilding, do you think it would carry over in PE?
