I´m a spanish guy (I don´t know if I´m the firts, lol) so, sorry for my english, I promised I´ll do my best
I find Thundersplace about 3 years ago but I´ve never been constant and always I finish overtraining my unit, doing routines that longs more than hour 5 days on then 2 off. I always get discourage because gains didn´t appear.
My goals are very modest (IMO): 1 inch in each dimension (lenght and girth). For me, my perfect size it´s about 18 cms (7,1 inches aprox) npb lenght and between 13,5 or 14 cms in girth (5,5 inches aprox)
More or less a month ago I was doing a basic search on Thunders, just looking (I was without pe more than half a year, I bought a BathMate to do wet pumping but I only do it until March before it gets broken). Then I find the babbis "Modified Newbie Routine". I´m still doing it (yesterday I finish my 5th workout of 6) and I´ve see a gain in bp lenght (I´m between 18,3 and 18,5 cms bp).
Because I find so much interesting the particulary vision of babbis in PE, I Start searching about IPR, progressive overload, the smooth muscle theory. I think for me it´s the best way to train (1 day on 2 off) I always come back with desire of doing my routine very well, each routine I do with all my fully concentration and later, when I finish, I write down in a log my impressions (in Spanish of course, LOL).
I´m impacient for finish this routine, give me a month of break and see what happens to my measurements (somewhere I read usually gains come when you get a break) I hope I gain some more lenght.

Glad to be here, this forums seems more "familiar" to me than Thunders. Hope babbis or/and remek took my under his tutory
