Should I finish the babbis routine or I swicth directly to the newbie one?
If Iīve to finish the babbis one (with his cementing phaze): should I take a week or because I donīt have any gains I could continue with the newbie one?
The progression: the first week is 1 on 2 off then the follow 5 weeks is 1 on 2 off, isnīt it? And the overload is 15 mins total in jelq and 4 in stretches. I think adding 1 to 2 minutes each workout in jelq (if I feel right) and 10 secs to every hold in stretch itīs the way. Any reccomendation?
From 29th of this month to 5 of the next Iīm traveling (with my VERY beatiful girlfriend) so I donīt think I could do too much. I think in doing the babbis modified routine until 22nd then do the cementing phase until 29th and then take this week off... when I come back from my travel (more relaxed) I could start the newbie routine. Itīs a good idea?
