About warming up in days off Hi there!
I was wondering if It would be beneficial to warm up for 10 minutes the days off in the routine. Heat is good for heal and maybe helps to growth faster, healtier and better.
But in other hand I read that remek not reccommend to warming down when you do your routine because it would hinder the gains and I was wondering if this will do too.
In summary (I donīt know how to explain me very well in english, sorry): It will be or not beneficial to warm up 10 minutes the rest days of our routine (without doing any pe)?
