About your routine: I would switch to the newbie routine now. There's no reason to do the cementing phase, as you have no gains to cement.
The progression for the routine is 1 on, 2 off for the first week and then 1 on, 1 off for the following 4 weeks. Since you already did 1 week of 1 on, 2 off, you can switch to 1 on, 1 off if you feel that you're ready.
