Thx remek, I have already noticed some gains and its been almost two weeks. I have a quick ? though. At night when i go to sleep i move my balls to the side and stretch my penis out as far as i comfortably can and tuck it down between my legs and sleep that way. Do you think that would have any beneficial results? Also I wanted to ask. Im doing p.e. one day on and one day off except for the occasional stretch daily. and wondered if this was a smart approach to promote gains and avoid injury? Thx
