Can someone review my PE schedule I started PE on 06/10/07 and I am doing one day on and one day off. My routine consists of
5 minute warm up
10 minutes of Jelquing
5 rotary strecthes to the left and to the right
and 50 kegals lasting 5 seconds each
Then from the 24th of of October I am planning to do one day on one day off with ten second Kegals and moving it up to 15 second kegals come Mid November. Then at the end of November doing two days on one day off with 20 second Kegals. Can someone tell me if this schedule is ok as I am paranoid about overdoing it or underdoing it. |
