My friends , i need your advice !!! i 've been doing penis exercises for 2 months , and there is something that is disturbing me .
sizes in centimeters
before ( length )
flacid - 8cm
erect - 15,5 cm
Now ( length )
flacid - 10cm
erect - 17cm
Thats OK , BUT i reached 17cm in erect sate ( length ) in the first month. In the second month just gains in flacid state and NONE IN ERECT. So i THINK i am overtraining .
PLZ tell me what do you think ??? IS this normal ??
my routine -
sunday/monday/twesday/ thursday/friday = ON
wednesday/saturday = OFF
every ON day = 7 to 10 minutes of penis exercises ( including all exercises ).
Give me your advice .
