I've been at PE for about 6 weeks now I am thinking about using some type of device in addition to just the normal jelqing and stretches. First off, adding a hanging device is to early for advanced exercises you should wait for another 6 weeks before you advance yourself.
But my head is swimming. I've read about clamps, hangers, what-a-grip, pumps, etc and I must admit I am still somewhat confused. So my questions are
1. If I want to add a device to gain girth, it appears that I could start some clamping sets (starting at 3 sets, 10 minutes each with a 10 minute break in between.) Clamping is designed for the advanced PEer after your penis has been conditioned.
For the clamp I could use a regular metal clamp (like that used on radiator hoses) or a plastic cable clamp, after first wrapping the penis with a mouse pad strip or a what-a-grip. I assume if a what-a-grip is use then it is simply wound round and around the base of at the penis before the clamp is applied. Is this correct?
2. To add length appears that I could apply some continuous all day stretching (ADS). In order to do this could I not just use a dog muzzle slipped over the penis and then tightening it with a clamp (after wrapping the base of the penis under the clamp with a cloth or what-a-grip).
The straps of the dog muzzle would then have to have tension applied. I am not in favor of hanging weights from the straps because I sit most of the day and I also do not want the weights to show. So that means somehow fastening the straps to one of my legs, with tension applied. What is the best way to achieve this? Should I use a belt or velcro wrap around my leg and then apply enough tension to stretch just a bit beyond my flacid length? When using any kind of ADS you have to be careful of not cutting off the cirrulation to the penis after long period of time
Does this help only length gains or also gains in girth? ADS does help with length gains.
3. I seem to excel at turtling. Is there a specific exercise I can do that will
prevent or lessen this? I would like my flacid length and girth to permanently expand.
4. I've read posts that say that the what-a-grip should be rolled on the penis. Why would one want to do this? What is the ultimate objective? When you use the WAG you have to gather it not roll it up. If you still can't do it this way, you can cut it in half and gather it. This will be much easier. You put one half on the penis then the other half.
Also, I don't see how rolling it on is possible. I have a pretty small flacid state and I still have trouble getting it on, the penis simply bends. If I get a partial erection then the what-a-grip is too small to fit over. If I roll the what a grip the hole in the center also get smaller. I'm totally lost on this one. I have a 5.5 flaccid girth and it will fit
