Luis: As you noted, you probably went overboard with the Kegels. How much were you doing?

The loss of gains might be due to a few things, but it's probably caused by you going overboard. This could have worn out your pelvic floor muslces temporarily, thus not providing you with as much blood flow as normal.

How long ago did you stop kegeling? If it was recently, then I'd say take a week or so off, and then very lightly restart them again. When you restart, only do them every other day and just 3 sets of 10-20 Kegels. Also do the Kegel Start/Stop.
