Exercise tips I am new at this so i would like some feedback as to whether I am following the beginners guide correctly. For warm ups, do I need to use the wash cloth, rice sock, or could I jump into the shower and begin the stretching exercise right there. And I have used the dry jelq technique my first time, should I keep doing this method in the shower as well? Should I buy some lubricant for this exercise as well? And for the kegel exercise I feel that 50 kegels a day just is not enough.
Stretching exercise:
Do I do 30 second repetitions of each direction with how many sets per rep?
Is 30 seconds too little? What method works best to fill that 10 minute stretch exercise
Jelqing exercise:
Do i need to use lubricant? Can i just jelq in the shower? |
