Taking a hot shower as your warm up is fine, but allow the water to directly hit your penis for 5 or so minutes before you start.

I recommend using lubricant to learn how to jelq, but if you find that you can get the job done with the dry jelq, then go for it. Jelqing in the shower often does the trick.

If you can do more Kegels without overtraining (this is important), then knock em out. Every man is different. Some guys can do 100 or more when they first start without ever overtraining; whereas other men can't do more than 10 without draining the pelvic floor muscles.

Do 2 sets in each direction.

If you just started the basic stretching routine, it's 6 minutes of stretching (using the basic stretch). I know that you may be eager to do more, but the best way to do it is to start out light and work your way up. Also, watch your PIs closely.
