Sounds like a pretty good routine you have there. For me, the evening session might be a bit much. In the AM, I really like how you jelq, stretch, jelq and then stretch again. The routine I'm on is similar to this. I shower to warm up, do about 10-15 minutes of wet jelqs. Then, I attach my vac extender to assist with my stretches. I mainly stretch at upward angles and do some A-stretches. Then, I ADS for the rest of the day.

I have a few questions for you:
1) Is this routine 7 on/0 off? If not, how many days per week do you rest?
2) What are the benefits of reverse jelqing?
3) What are the benefits of a cold wrap?
4) Do you do any edging/ballooning? If so, how often?

Congrats on your gains. I hope to achieve HALF of what you've gained!!!
