Ans: I have 5 days on and 2 days off, each week I mix it up.

Ans: I feel that you can keep you penis from getting at baseball bat effect.

3) What are the benefits of a cold wrap?

Ans: I have put this into my routine, this helps cement your gains

4) Do you do any edging/ballooning? If so, how often?

Ans: no I haven't put that into my exercise routine.
