Don't concern yourself with claims of enormous gains, especially if made by someone with something to sell. Everything you need to practice PE is available free here and elsewhere if you care to search it out. If you take the time to read carefully through the active and archived threads in the free forums, you will find that many dedicated PEers accrue significant gains in both length and girth. The key is always perseverance and dedication combined with the correct practice of PE. Even then, some guys have trouble gaining at all. No one knows exactly how gains occur, but elongation of tissues by stretching plays a role.
It's entirely possible you would gain from PE, but you must give it a fair chance to work. This means at least six months to a year of sticking with a sensible routine. Do you have the discipline for that? Always begin with the suggested newbie routine. If you try to plunge into advanced techniques right away, chances are you will seriously injure yourself. Stay with the newbie routine for at least three months before thinking about adding additional techniques. If the newbie routine is working for you, then simply stick with it as long as it benefits you. Always pay attention to the signals your body gives you. If done right, your erectile quality (EQ) should either improve or remain high during the practice of PE. If you suffer from poorer erections, or pain, during PE, you are exceeding your body's tolerance for the workouts. Read as much as you can about PE at legitimate sites such as this one. Keep your expectations reasonable, maintain your discipline, and you ought to do well. Don't measure too often--you risk disappointment otherwise. Measuring every two or three months is plenty often. We are trying to force growth on a complex organ which is normally done growing after puberty, so results tend to come very slowly. Those who've done well have hung in there for the long haul.
