Bigginners Concearn, Need Advice Hi, I'm new to PE but I learned a lot of useful exercises before starting. Unfortunately I didn't find a site like this until a little over a week of PE which told me how to do them correctly and how to pace myself. As someone who goes to the gym and wants to add muscle size, I use the concept of lift heavy, and do high reps occasionally to add muscle definition. I applied the same concept to my PE workout and have only taken off one day so far, but have worked out very hard using a few advanced techniques as well as using the kegel every day. Within the past 2 days I can still get a full erection but I have to really focus my mind, unless I'm with my G/F and I'm completely and utterly horny. It's usually around 85-90% when I'm alone. I read on this site that starting too intense as a beginner can be more harmful than beneficial + i only warmed up 2x out of my 6 days of workouts. Basically my question is did jelqing and stretching to hard and not taking enough breaks in my first week cause permanent damage? I was pulling as hard as i could for the light stretches and only felt moderate pain when doing the clockwise rotations. when I got to the top left and right it almost felt like a small clicking pain, which subsided when I applied pressure with my other hand even as I continued the motion. Sorry for all this information at once, I just wanted to know if I could have caused permanent damage, and even if not, should I take a few extra days off of my PE routine since I started so intense? Also curious if anyone here has seen fairly significant gains while still having sex/masturbating several times a week. Any help would be really appretiated, thank you. |
