When you are stretching or jelqing you are not to have any pain after you finish your routine. Take a break from PEing until you feel that you can start over again. Your pain is from over doing your workout and trying to gain to fast. PEing take time over a period 3-6 months as a Newbie, there is a conditioning period that everyone has to endure.
