Thanks for your replies. Yea it went away after one day. It really wasn't that bad. I've read though that It's normal to get little red spots and other fatigued feelings, none of which I get unless I go harder. I'm switching it up going soft, and even though I went slightly more aggressive on my first week, I already saw a difference in my flaccid size and a much much more pronounced vain. I'm definitely going to take this sites approach and go softer like they say. (better to be safe than sorry.) Just wondering, I've read about people making gains on forums and such but is it really true? I've read in non bias health journals that there is no clear evidence to state that PE works and that it does not. Personally I feel that It makes sense that over time it should lengthen and strengthen given the nature of the exercises. just wondering if maybe anyone here has been doing them correctly for a significant amount of time and not seen any gains. Also, the site says do not do any advanced techniques for a while but I'd like to do the curved jelqs. I've tried once and it feels comfortable and non stressful; does anyone think it's OK to continue those?
