Here is a head exercise I like to do. First all you need to wrap with sports wrap starting at the coronal ridge back about 1.5" Wrap about 4 or 5 times around and secure. This serves as a light tourniquet. Left Hand - Put your thumb on top and your fore and index finger on the under side of the shaft on the corpus spongiosum right on top of the sports wrap. This serves as a clamp to hold in blood Right Hand - using the same grip as above, the right hand will serve as a pump. Clamp down with your left hand, and hold it. Then kegel blood in and use the left hand to pump(push it forward) into the glans. As you pump forward release your left hand to allow the blood to enter the glans and then clamp it back off. Repeat. I can pump my glans this way until it feels like it's going to burst. I will pump the head full of blood, and wrap a latex wrap on top of the sports wrap. This holds the blood in. It feels like a golf weight swinging on the end. I use it sometimes as a light ADS. If the head gets cold, just push out the old blood and kegel in fresh. I did this for about a month and a half to keep my PenisMaster on. I noticed one night when measuring I had gained a 1/2" in my glans. I hadn't measured it in a while so I'm not sure if this exercise had anything to do with it. I just know I get a massively plump head from it. I think this exercise is call a head-hold jelq The left hand acts as a tourniquet or a valve. The first two fingers go on the bottom of the shaft just behind the glans, the thumb goes on top. Your first two fingers will be on the CS (corpus spongiosum), the big "vein" on the underside of your shaft. The right hand will be in the exact same position but at the base. You kegel in blood and push it forward with this hand, kind of like a jelqing motion. As the blood moves to the left hand release it a little and let it pass into the glans. Then clamp it off again to prevent it from rushing back out. Just keep repeating. I do this as I wrap (with sports wrap) then I wrap a latex wrap around this. It's like a big rubber band. Then I push in more blood until the glans is as plump as possible. The wrap keeps the blood in for as long as I want. I get great glans expansion and it makes a great weight. You will hang much lower. I don't know the long term effects but something gave me a 1/2" glans gain. My approach differs from the head-hold jelq in that I use the wrap to keep in plump for extended periods. It's kind of like wearing a clamp below your glans. Hope this helps! -Iguana
