I realize that there probably were no actual medical publications justifying PE, I was just trying to ask people on a personal level if they have stuck to a serious routine and not had gains. While I realize obviously the penis is incompariable to muslce tissure and the skelital structure, I was just making a statement that the body reaslly is amazing and can change when stressed. I'm very dedicated so I'll definately stick to PE and apply as you said common sense (of which I have plenty) to maintain a healthy, safe, and steady routine; even if that means doing less than I feel I can handle.
