Hey Remek, saw all the discussion about hanging here and you seem to know a lot. I was just wondering if you (or anyone else) could tell me how long I should wait until I start hanging and when I do do you recommend I read about it from here? I'm not planning on starting to hang any time soon since I've only been doing PE for two weeks, but what is the soonest I can start. Also wondering regarding clamping (for when I eventually start) can you do all your PE exercises on the same day? Or would you clamp on one of your off days where you don't stretch/jelq ect. Oh and I saw that What A Grip thing you had and got a kick out of it. I play tennis and my mom picked me up one of those the other day to try on my racket lol. Id say you guys get more use out of it at home, b/c it sure sucks balls on a tennis racket =P
