well lets say that a man has became a " kegel master " and now he can have super hard erections as well lasting a day making sex. thats OK - when he reaches that point how he can he hold the orgasm keeping him from ejaculating ???
he now can do a kegel during all the intercourse time because his muscle is extremelly strong ?? OR he will be able to stay relaxed during sex because by doing so much kegels he can perfectly relax the muscle and do the kegels whenever he want and never involuntary kegels !! ???
i am asking this because i just started doing kegels aigain and there is a long way to go with it until become a " master "
