For now, stick with the beginner's routine. You may be a girth gainer, as some men are. If after the initial 5 or 6 weeks, you aren't gaining girth, then slowly implement girth exercises. You don't want to do these too soon, as girth exercises by nature are fairly intense.
Also, if you really don't want any length, then focus on jelqing at higher erection levels (roughly 80 percent erect). Also stick with only 5 minutes of stretching. Don't skip out on stretching all together, though, as light stretching often helps the tissues in your penis ready to expand outwards. |
