Yay i have gains! Ok so i started PE at the start of this month... 2nd of November to be more precise, but before i say anything else about my gains i should mention it was only 2-3mm, if i can maintain that gain every 4 weeks i would be happy. So what has been me routine...
Its quite simple, i started off with 1 day on and 2 days off for the first 3 weeks. Only since the last week have i been doing 1 off 1 on.
Most people would say this routine is too intense for beginers but i did:
*10 minute hot shower warm up, with the water hitting my penis directly
*15-20 minutes basic stretch
*15-20 A-Stretch
*20 minutes wet jelqing
and every 2-3 days i do 20 minutes of kegels with 5 second holds.
I have also cut down masterbation to 2 times a week, i think it lets your penis recover faster from the PE that you do, but i am going to try to cut it down even more to once a week if i manage O_O
The reason i spent so much time doing PE is only because i keep thinking any less and it doesnt really feel like i have done a workout.
Anyone else advice if i should change anything? maybe am doing something wrong by doing such long workouts or do you think its ok? and i dont use any devices.
The main think am pleased about though is that it works. Once you get to the stage about knowing that you have gained something from this you feel more comfortable knowing that your not wasting your time strectching your penis for no reason.
