! 3 weeks into it and already I'm experiencing harder erections so far I have been increasing by .50 inches per week. My guess of my potential gains....In my opinion, I believe it starts with the warm up. Warming up is key in any work out, I believe. You have to get blood flowing into that organ that you want to maximize otherwise your just waisting your time, I feel. My daily workout is takes approximately <1 hour to do. Amazing, I'm in no doubt confident about this process...Just a few questions. Diet and exercise contribute to muscular development for the body; in this situation
are there any specific types of foods, fruits, or vegetables that help assist growth in the penis? So far I'm taking only multi-vitamins for my body and protein shakes here and there. Additionally,
does a healthy diet lead to a healthy and more productive growth? And
is it more affective to do my PE workouts before I go to bed vs. in the morning when I wake up? Reason for this question is that it is my understanding that the body tends to "grow" faster in a hibernation state vs. when your awake. Does this also apply to the penis? My goals so far consist of:
A) Short-term goals- 1)Remain consistent and persistent 2) Apply advance workouts 3) Gain 3-6 inches within a 6 month period
B) Long-term goals- 10 inches in length within approximately 3<4 years.
