Does diet effect growth? No one knows for sure. But if you ask me, I think so. It's no mystery that diet and supplements affects muscle and tissue growth. My assumption is that the penis is no different.

That said, there's not a recommended "diet for PE" plan out there. The general consesus is just eat healthy, perhaps take supplements like whey protein, L-arginine, omega 3's, and other nutrients that get blood flowing to the penis

Is it better to PE in the morning or at night? It's different for every man. Some guys report that they feel they get a better workout if they PE in the morning; others report a better workout in the evening.

About your goals: 3 to 6 inches in 6 months? Good luck.
